Meeting called to order at 7:04pm.
Minutes were read and approved by Don Wells and Jim Klucas.
Treasurer report was read and approved by Jim Klucas and Jeff Brooks.
At Don Well’s trial we made $437.57. Don thanked Jeff Rinderer for getting the birds lined up at the last minute when we didn’t have any and Cindy for taking care of the food for the lunch both days. Also, thanked everyone that helped with the judging and bird planters.
Jim Klucas has gotten the judges and bird planters lined up and the food for his trial.
We need to finish cleaning up the limbs and get them hauled off before the next trial.
We also, need to work on the pigeon pen when the weather is better.
Alan has a tractor and trailer and will show Bob how to run it. Taradon to fertilizer would cost $750.00.
We got the quail from Pratt for Klucas trial, they have some leftover. Bob and Brian to check with Sheryl Loder for quail for Fall trials and set something up.
New members approved were Gary Michaels and Mike Whittecar.
New Business: Jeff R. brought up website that we could contact someone to do various changes to our club website. Jeff B. motion to table to get more ideas to the next meeting and Jim K. second.
The gate is being left open after 9p.m. on Sunday, need to keep in mind to make sure it gets closed. We have dogs and 4 wheelers and mower out here that we do not want stolen.
If we are using the temporary kennels be sure to clean them out when done. Bob will mention to guys that come for trials that use them.

Meeting called to order at 7:00pm.

Treasurer report was read and approved by Don Wells and Art Brake.
Jim Klucas trial we made $536.59. Also, thanked everyone that helped with the judging and bird planters and Jim Debaere for getting the free pizza. Thanks also to Don Wells For bringing his 4 wheeler.
New/Old Business: Bob mentioned that we can get birds from Prairie Wind for $4.00 for the fall and they will meet us in McPherson for a $50 delivery fee. The birds will be $4.50 in the Spring.
We would need 100 birds the 1st of August another 200 Sept. 12 in another two weeks another 200 for Mark’s trial and maybe another 200 after that.
Bob and Brian have contacted Sheryl Loder who supplied the birds for Don’s trial and she would charge $4.00 delivered for Fall and Spring. We want to be sure the birds are flight ready too. Jim Klucas and Jeff Brooks motion and second to get birds from Sheryl Loder and that Bob and Brian talk too her.
Do we want to hold a Fun Hunt to offset Ft. Scott trial? We need to hold it Oct. 25, 26, Jeff Brooks will plant birds. A motion was made and second by Jeff Brooks and Dwight Lister.
Bob mentioned do we want to do a raffle? Will discuss at next meeting.
Bob put a work schedule tired of no one else showing up. We need to all help out.
Bob will get a hold of Gunnar Miles with the Airport Authority in regard to potential flooding again this year. Also, would be willing to pay more rent if we could get the wheat field.
Tony brought up about Mark having trial here do we need to charge them. Table to vote next month.
Art brought up about bird planter and chairman need to be NSTRA members. The club will pay the membership they must donate 1 day at least per trial or can be both days.
