To facilitate the assignments of the club members to the various jobs during the year, we are asking you to fill out the survey below. Based on the survey, you may be asked to help out in one of the following areas during the calendar year. We will notify you of the date(s) on which you are to work. It is your responsibility to exchange your work date with someone else on the list. Each member is encouraged to help where they can to make club functions and trials to run smoothly. Without this member support, your club cannot operate in a professional manner. All new members are encouraged to complete this survey and return it to the club secretary. In this manner everyone will participate in the various club functions.

- Prepare/sell lunches, soda and coffee during the day of the field trial or function

- Accept entries, new members, total score sheets and post to score board, prepare score sheets for judges during the field trial

- Collect and band birds, planting of birds in field, collect dead birds, clean dead birds

- Score dogs in accordance with the modified NSTRA rules
